Best for smaller shoots with fewer people to photograph or content to capture.

A four hour rental period from set up to clean up.

Well suited for small companies, families and brand content in multiple spaces.

An eight hour rental period from set up to clean up.

A full day to capture content within Our Sweet Retreat for a variety of needs.

  • Can I share photos taken at Our Sweet Retreat on social media or on other sources?
    Of course! We just ask, for any public marketing, that you tag/mention us if you choose to post about your client's photo media session or your own media session. If any images are used in print publications, please credit Our Sweet Retreat as the location.
  • Will someone from Our Sweet Retreat be on site during our shoot?
    Yes, there may be a representative from Our Sweet Retreat on site during the rental period and available, if needed.
  • What uses can I rent Our Sweet Retreat for?
    We allow the space to be rented for a variety of uses on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your goals and we can go over more specific details and rates.
  • Am I booking the entire property?
    Booking space includes all interior spaces and the exterior grounds (with the exception of the Camping Corner which availability of that space can be discussed at the time of booking, if interested). A site tour will be given upon arrival unless there was a preview meeting prior to the day of the shoot. The time taken to do a site tour will not be considered part of the rental time booked.
  • Is there a limit on number of attendees?
    For media use, there is a maximum of 10 people unless otherwise discussed and approved.
  • What is involved in the booking process?
    We will look at availability for your preferred dates and send an agreement to review and sign which will include choosing the desired booking package and the terms for using the property. Once the agreement is signed, we will send an invoice with a link for payment based on the booking package chosen. A $200-$1,000 refundable security deposit (amount depends on type of use and will be determined at time of booking) will also be collected (or as a hold against a credit card) on the day of use and will be refunded within 1-3 business days if the property is left in the same condition as before the rental period.
  • When is my booking date secure?
    Dates are not reserved until the rental agreement is signed and the invoiced payment amount is received. Payment by credit card is preferred but Venmo or Zelle can also be used, if needed.
  • Can Our Sweet Retreat be booked for a boudoir session?
    No, we do not book boudoir sessions.
  • Are pets allowed at Our Sweet Retreat?
    We are a no pet property so we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
  • Are there specific rental hours?
    Our rental hours for media use will follow the property's quiet hours of 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.
  • How do I book Our Sweet Retreat?

    Either the business owner/professional vendor who is booking it for business purposes or their client.
  • What is Our Sweet Retreat's cleaning policy?
    The home will be cleaned prior to your arrival to ensure clean and sanitary surfaces and you are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found. If anyone is sick, please plan to reschedule your shoot and we will try our best to offer a new date and apply the payment already collected to a future booking.
  • Can we tour Our Sweet Retreat before booking?
    Absolutely! Just reach out and we can set up a tour so you can make sure the space works for your needs.
  • Can I rearrange the space to fit my needs?
    We ask that furniture stay where it is, but contact us if you have a specific request. Small items may be moved as needed, but we ask that you return them to their original location before the shoot is over.

    We are a no pet property so we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.

    It depends. Please connect with us to discuss your goals and we can tell you what the guidelines and options are for your specific request. In the case of an event planner being necessary, we will put you in contact with our preferred event planner or you can inquire about the approval process to use a professional planner of your choice.
  • Can I rearrange the space to fit my needs?

    For event use, it will depend and will need to be discussed and approved in advance.
  • Will someone from Our Sweet Retreat be on site during our event?
    Yes, usually there will be a representative (property event monitor, if not using an event planner) from Our Sweet Retreat on site during the rental period.
